No to layoffs. Banking is actually very secure compared to a lot of industries these days.
No layoffs. They are too cheap to pay severance. They will try to make everyone so miserable that they quit. Or use RTO mandates and other nonsense to fire people "with cause". The top of this house, are terrible leaders...and even worse human beings.
