A lot of scrum masters(SMs) in WI were laid off. Does it mean that india and Ireland teams will have SMs and US will not? What’s the future of the SM’s chapter. Looks like its in jeopardy

SMs should manage more teams. Other wise there is no full day worth of work. If they cannot change the structure now, they never will.
Probably ok for SMs to manage multiple teams. The ones we work with never seem to have much to do outside the ceremonies.
SM's in AM tech already manage 2-4 teams, didn't realise that wasn't standard
Rumor also has it that only technical squads will have scrum masters.
They will rehire. SM chapter will not easily go.
