I am in BAT and have been suspended. I wasn’t told why and haven’t had a meeting with AP yet. It’s been 2 weeks so far and I’m a bit lost. I had to turn in my laptop and COU. I don’t cram or have zero usage, I barely hit my numbers the right way so please no daggers, just advice please.

Go get all your meds/doc appts in ASAP before you lose your insurance. I've never heard of suspension without AP involved first but with all the layoffs in the Legal org there's no telling these days. They can't fire who they can't speak to. So if you ignore them when the reach out you'll buy yourself a few days possibly weeks until they ultimately have to send you certified mail.
Talk to your union steward.

You are suspended pending termination. File for unemployment and start applying for other jobs. Once you hand them your equipment you will never hear from them again. You’re probably being fired for a flimsy reason to reduce headcount without paying severance. They will fight your unemployment so be prepared with documentation. If they didn’t provide cause documentation will help. If you are in a protected group (age,s-x,race,) consider eeoc.

It’s an endless suspension. The company is starving you out.

Your separation is pending legal concurrence-based business units recommendation to fire you for performance. Start looking for a new job.

I hope everyone is starting to realize that the company ain’t loyal to you, so don’t be to the company itself. Always do what’s best for you.
I am a MM sales manager and this has been happening to many BAT sellers and now they are starting to target MM sellers as well. It is a disgusting practice, where there is virtually no evidence against their target, yet no one cares. This is causing a lot of angst here as everyone is looking over their shoulder and worried about CPNI violations and etc. Personally, I have had enough and I'm in the process of interviewing for positions with other companies.
At this point start looking for a new job. Not trying to sound mean, but they don't randomly take your Phone and COU away for someone who claims to hit there numbers normally. Sorry.
