Won’t happen till 4Q & the more we get from the new contracts the more headcount they’ll take away.

There are ways to stop a toxic work environment that is going beyond your normal scope of work and metrics. A lot of managers try to push their bonus metrics onto their direct reports. File a grievance if they are pushing you outside your lane with their harassment techniques, it causes unnecessary stress and anxiety. You may even want to take advantage of the company mental health offerings and report what is happening, documented evidence is key. It will stop soon after or that manager will be moved or fired. Only way to stop this cycle of toxicity.

they will not do surplus they will just makes things as miserable as possible so you leave on your own and they don't have to pay out. CWA should put something in the contract that allows a package to leave if you have over 25 plus years. Not cool letting the company make us miserable.

Me too, but their are numerous openings for OPT, FT, and BSW on HR site, and some WC have temps.
