Who keeps appointing these incompetent execs to the CEO spot? You are managing the residual values and wholesale pricing if thousands of vehicles. Anyone with half a brain could have realized early on that these miled up Teslas leased to Uber drivers ( and unsuspecting rental customers) would be worth far less than they estimated.

The competitors are laughing their as--s off. Avis sales team has the easiest job selling to corporate accounts. No selling needed just refer to the debacle and revolving door at leadership. All the top corporate accounts have flipped. Enterprise is cashing in BIG! HLE never really competed but the fall of HLE is coming and they will own the off airport market. Sixt has quietly taken over the off airport retail. Nothing is left for Hertz but to have a big liquidation sale (again).

New York office and special admin will be shut down. Ex-CEO's best buddies Sh@nt, N3d, L!z, L@u7en the chief of staff will be out. All will take home millions happily while Hertz continues to shant the bed.

Scherr launches his parachute as he walks away with $30 million! WTF! New CEO from Delta has annual bonus guaranteed at $15 million! Remember the last knucklehead CEO that came from an airline. How did that work out?
Operations team to be honest you are all F*%&^ed! More cuts coming in spending and more layoffs guaranteed. Hertz CEO position has become a millionaires club for the good old boys.

I wonder how many will need to be laid off for Hertz to afford a new multi-million sign on bonus for the next pillager CEO to do the same. All this considering the former made his millions for despite all the mistakes and walks away scot-free. This company is run by yes-men. What a joke!

Hertz goes through CEO's like McDonald's does employees. CEO's come in, try and grand new plan, cost the company $Millions, employees get laid off to pay for their mistakes, and then they leave with a multi million dollar golden parachute.

Hopefully Sh@nt will be next. Two guys bring down a large company.

No clue on how to run a company…

Well not paying his bloated ($183million per year base salary) should go along way toward the $500 million (Hertz 500) the company is trying to save this year, off the backs of its employees. Hopefully with Scherr leaving there will not be a new $60 million dollar plane purchased. Maybe the company will cancel lavish trips like LeMans for the board too. All great steps to reach Hertz 500. Let’s Go!!!
