Does anyone know the pay range for this position? I am curious about the top range. How high does it go? And what is the next position up from this?

Figures. My state is not on this list.
They always talk about transparency but the minute you get a raise it's "Don't discuss this with your coworkers."
There are several states that have adopted Pay Transparency acts. For any position within the bank you’re applying for (and most importantly before negotiating a salary at offer) look up the same position in the following locales. Legally, they have to post salary ranges:
- California
- Colorado
- Connecticut
- Hawaii
- Illinois
- Maryland
- Nevada
- Rhode Island
- Washington
- Jersey City, NJ
- New York City, NY
- Toledo, OH
If you’re paying attention, the bank is fervently moving out of these markets while simultaneously shooting themselves in the foot. The bank says they LOVE transparency, their actions say otherwise.
