Can we get rid of DF while we are at it? He just wants to turn Ford into a version of Tesla, with its declining stick price and layoffs.

@emr, You don’t trust a Ford survey, but you trust a website on the internet that claims to be anonymous even though you know nothing else about where it’s servers are and who runs it. There is no hope for America.

Jims just a vessel for bill to implement his plans without having to sully his reputation

Jim’s a useful idi*t in a way for the family

5 years of rolling layoffs 5 years of offshoring to lcc split the company into 3 - this way Jim gets the blame and the rest escape humiliation

No wonder Thai-Thang left.

The Fords are too loyal and too slow to change leadership. But they will. Consultants have been spotted, so that means pressure for a plan. Then, you have to give the plan some time to work, or not work. My guess is 4Q at fastest. More likely a year from now after 2024 full year earnings disaster.

Yes ..Qualtrics and other survey packages routinely track IP addresses......most hi performers will have some pointed criticism with the current state of things....good luck with that!

Probably just before the next bad quarterly earnings report with shareholders. But would it be 2nd or 3rd quarter? They can only cook 👨‍🍳 the books 📚 for so long before accounting says no.

I refuse to complete the pulse now. The updated privacy disclosure suggests survey responses are saved in HCM, but aggregrate results are anonymous. I know qualtrics can track IP addresses and IT has the decoder ring. Never had a multi page disclosure form for a company survey. At least we know the lawyers are working some overtime.
