Office Tower in St. Louis Sold

https://twitter.com/MacroEdgeRes/status/1778156338167624090
AT&T makes more great financial decisions. In the Tweet above, AT&T bought the St. Louis tower for $205 million in ‘06. They just sold it for $3.55 million. Typical T. Buy high, sell low.

These communist have invaded our government agencies at nearly all levels, the unfortunate are being paid pittance for all they are giving up including their freedoms in the future. No military aged Chinese men are flooding our border by the tens of thousands., more than layoffs ahead.

St. Louis is in a doom loop like all the other progressive cities, constant layoffs, business leaving in droves which, become blighted areas of high crime, food deserts, hopelessness, homelessness, addicts, real estate downward spiral. What’s not to like, keep voting for socialism, you will love it.

If you said yes to moving or are in a hub, you are the dead weight. If you have the skills, you can walk away easily and find better work and pay. If you don’t have the skills, yep, you better hold on as strong as you can!

The Hoffman Estates, Illinois property was world-class built by Ameritech. T did one good thing in about 2008 when they sold it to Jones Lang Lasalle real estate and leased it back. This is one way to get monies to reduce debt.

Did you read anything besides the headline? AT&T sold the original SWBell headquarters in 2006 for $206M. T leased it back until finally vacating in 2017. It's changed hands several times, and the area was 'officially' declared a blighted area last year.

We have Americas Team in Dallas. What team do you all have, that’s right no team at all in that market.

This is not a factual reading of what happened:

NOT TRUE: "AT&T bought the St. Louis tower for $205 million in ‘06"

TRUE: In 2006, AT&T sold 909 Chestnut in an 11-year sale-leaseback deal with Highlands REIT....for $205 million
