Guessing DW is still underpaid and catching up with his external benchmarks. That poor undervalued CEO. We should set up a crowd fund for him.

@eof+1s0hovBD I don't care who you are, but the merits of the raise received compared to the size of one's junk is hilarious BWAHAAAA

I'm sure Socks will be asking Woods some pretty probing questions about his remuneration package at the next propaganda interview. So exciting!

I found out a coworker got to the same CL as I in a 1/4 of the time. Can’t wait till this is over.

Man that's huge by any metric; however, it makes sense since the size of the raise was inversely proportional to the size of ones organ (AKA Junk)........

No wonder he’s hiding and never visible on campus given number of people that got 0% raise this past year. What strikes me is how XOM senior leaders are so out of touch with their people when it comes to their own self serving interests.

Half the company received 0% because HR says they overshot in 2022 and needed 2023 to average it out. Upper management gave themselves double digit salary raises.

Shareholder return on a long term basis is not good, glad I’m not one

It’s only a matter of time before a major event due to cost cuts, then see how your stock price looks

Sell it while you’re a little ahead
