Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Augusta National has a long ways to go

In order to be DEI compliant. ATT Executives play by a different set of rules. Hopefully for ployees and shareholders Stank got the vaccine and some resulting tightening of the ticker valves.

DEI is like fixing a flat tire by letting the air out of the other three tires

When BET airs white shows... and the NBA is 87% non black... then we can talk about DEI... until then... shut the front door...

At&T workforce has a long ways to go to match the demographics of the country, that’s what DEI will do for you, pick winners and losers based on a skin, gender and s-xual orientation. So much for being competent and making a profit, nearly all groups are over represented except the American Indians and Caucasians but that’s ok when discrimination is in your favor. So much for I have a dream, Dr. Martin Luther, wouldn’t you be disappointed.

The C-Suite only cares about DEI when it’s profitable and cool.
As soon as reality kicks back in, interest rates go up, and the economy is in the gutter, they have to do things to actually restore profitability.

Now, our mgmt team is a bunch of incompetent mo--ns so they’re doing d-mb sh-t, but at least there’s been a universal scale-down of DEI efforts everywhere.
