Does anyone know when the package money gets paid out?

Assuming you’re in the US, you should have signed on Apr 15th, received remaining 6 days of pay and PTO on Apr 16th (direct deposit), and should receive the “severance” package (4 mos pay + COBRA) within 14 business days.

I already facing some issues based on the instruction of separation documents.
Some of the items still dated back to 2021, you can see how well it being handled.
For example ADP, I know some of the LR'd people can create account. However I can not and need to wait after exit date to call for help.
We are on our own, we are left out and abandoned.
Nobody answer this.
The OP needs to read their paperwork or call HR.
