Charlie doesn't care about quality, all he cares about is cost cutting because the Indians are dirt cheap. Shareholders are being misled by this efficiency cr-p and Wells Fargo share value goes up. Charlie's WF share value also goes up and he makes more money.

If you don't want to lose your job, do not document anything. or at least document incorrect information.

It wouldn’t matter if it was written step by step, they would still mess it up. Charlie - wake up and realize that some jobs can’t be offshored because you have to use your brain to do those jobs!

The level of quality coming out of India is shocking. Maybe US workers should refuse to fix all the mistakes that come from India so management can see what’s really going on. At the end of the day if the work gets done HY thinks they’re geniuses.

If people in India are expecting everything documented they’ve eating to much curry. As many years as I’ve been here documentation on most things is garbage. The company still relies on a ton of tribal knowledge.

India employees, please use logic and think, not everything can be documented, otherwise we would have a monkey do the job.

No one in India cares about WF, and thanks to HY, soon no one in the US will either. This company will become a case study in failed leadership.

i have no problem personally with the India folks. they are all quite nice but boy are some of them incredibly difficult to work with.
telling them the exact same thing over and over and over and having them still ask the same question with us telling them the same answer.
they either do not get it or they dont care enough to listen. ridiculous and frustrating

Well……I’ve heard over and over how absolutely wonderful and above US skill sets are India colleagues are, so I think they should be the best party to document processes.

Just sayin…
