How does Brian Moynihan still have a job? Seriously… If I caused an 18% loss by making a bad decision concerning long-term investments my head would be on a proverbial platter. This is just unacceptable. And this is why hardly any of us got raises when inflation is up almost 4% year over year. That’s a net 4% pay decrease in real terms. It’s time for Brian to go.

Do you know the difference between profits down by 18% and an 18% loss?
If made $100 last quarter and my profits are down 18% this quarter then I “only” made $82.
If I had an 18% loss then I would have a negative on my balance sheet.
They should create a program called "Profit Excellence". That will fix it.
But I thought mandatory RTO with letters of education would save the day... Who would've thunk it.
Two gigantic numbers, and the relatively tiny difference between them. If one giant number randomly fluctuates up while the other randomly fluctuates down, the difference changes dramatically! Management gets praised or damned accordingly.
So many upper management sit on a throne and pass the buck to lower levels. They have no clue that these departments are f’d and how miserable everyone is. Everyone is afraid to open their mouths and say something and I understand why, but with all the “yes people” nothing will change. Ever. And they are either clueless or turn a blind eye because they don’t want to deal with the real problems. Our foundation is not strong.
I have told people on this forum that CEO BM doesn't give a rats azz about us. He continues to go on Fox and CNBC telling them it is all good here at this shlithole and it is not. He needs to be either removed from his position or retire. I am getting tired of seeing the bulshit they post on flagshlit everyday.
