Suspension Time Frame?

How long do suspensions last? Is there a deadline for HR or AP to make a decision?

Everyone makes personal copies, same as everyone makes "long distance" calls on official lines, uses the internet, etc. You (OP) just happened to be on someone's list and was found violating work rules.

Hard to claim workers comp when you haven’t been AT work.

You will be terminated shortly. Use the EAP program, get 3 visits in in the next 3 weeks, cite hostile work environment during your sessions. You be able to collect unemployment and/or claim distress and go on workers comp.

Depends on a lot factors.... Usually it's just long enough for it to go thru legal and get their stamp to terminate. They don't suspend without enough proof to Terminate..... HR has to approve suspension and they aren't eager to go that route and bring someone back. I'd prepare for the worst go visit every doctor refill all your prescriptions and start looking for jobs immediately.

Good luck
