only need 2 and have it with current deal. For about 40 years .The union has provided stability, collective bargaining power, fair wages, and improved working conditions, ensuring better livelihoods for its members.There have been some negatives and favoritism and more than ever members will need protection as VZ goes into an international mode.One year ,ten year it dont matter as the contract language will remain the same. As they say cookie cutter contract, Will all the best goin forward.The only thing I care about nowadays is the stock.

if there is a 10 year ,the union better do its job to insure good raises and cola and pension increases ,affordable medical etc etc etc instead of sitting on there hands.
