HCL disaster

I’d like to meet the executive who decided to offshore all our OM to HCL & punch them in the mouth.

Priority to offshore is savings. Has no bearing on whether customers can fully understand. When there are no foreseeable revenue drivers, then cost cutting is the only method of hitting profitability ratios. Look for more as they finally admit that 5G and IOT are not the saviors as touted the last 12 years. Thought of nothing else to drive revenues, but these two and most employees knew it was all smoke and mirrors and eventually lead to disaster. What's next, winning with prepaid?

We will all be global soon enough. It’s said that where the dollar goes the farthest, Verizon will be there. Only Drumpft can save us!!!

Probably can’t really blame them it was probably a kpi that was set and they needed to execute to make their bonus. Blame the CEO//Board or the consultants that guide them

A little more balance in the IT mix would be healthy as we are heavily non diversified and that is all the way up to executive leadership.

Isn’t 75+% of VZ executive management Indian? A lot of mouths to punch. But we (US) need to take our company back. Get rid of the Swedish meatball and all the Indians.

I have dealt with them on multiple porting events, and they have yet to get one right. Disaster doesn't begin to describe it.

HCL can’t deliver 90% what they pitched to Verizon. Snake oil.

Get used to it. There are here to stay, just like Infosys.

Indian customer service and tech support doesn’t mesh well with America. Too many differences in cultures makes for a lack of understanding. Also, adding to that, it would be nice if they had a better comprehension of English, which also applies to the Philippines as well. You would think that’s a priority when hiring.
