The computer reimbursement thing is just a drop in the bucket. But apparently they were even getting people for just exchanging their computers for different ones, different cooors, etc. so Fido would reach with retailers to see if the laptops were returned and Best Buy or Apple would say yes, and they were canned….even if they just got a different one in it’s place, same thing. That’s sad.

Never good after RIFS, was pretty bad after EE's lost the Computer reimbursement program with many let go for cause. Remaining EE's now realize they need to pick up the slack.

FFIO associates are pointing at the business line leader as the reason why morale is so low.

It’s hard to say, depends on your dept and team. We had a hellish tax season, people are spread thin and over worked. So morale in my group is extremely low. Management is clueless and or apathetic.
