It’s weird that my manager finally stepping up. I think with this whole relocation strategy it’s making the bank greater to be honest when someone does their job.

This has to be a joke. Mgrs are more disconnected than ever and barely checking boxes. They only manage up, not down -- unless something happens and they need someone to blame.
Early in my career, I had some great mgrs. Corporate abandoned employees when it became all about shareholder price and greed. Wish we could go back, but no chance of that.
