Yes. We had four in our office.
I never received a data breach letter, but when I called customer care for a support question they told me that my PIN had been changed because of the data breach. I feel like ATT has no real or specific process in place to manage through this breach.

I received a data breach letter in the mail yesterday stating, my personal information has been compromised and I have the option to apply for 1 year of credit monitoring, no charge to me.
What’s going on at AT&T? Articles popping up everywhere with bad news lately. I understand a lot of companies are getting hacked these days by bad characters but there seems to more things going on with T recently.
