They just hired me from the outside. Probably to replace the previous poster who wasn’t doing their job.
Just got laid off. Agency worker here.. so long folks .. was a mess anyway since day 1 and feel better to be out of here .. best of luck to those hanging on

Wish there was a voluntary retirement offer coming, there's a bunch of us who would go and keep an orderly handoff in place vs. involuntary layoff.
Regardless of any rumors or troll diarrhea you see here, just look at the wider economy. It’s struggling. The MSM and government are lying to us. Look at things like car loan delinquencies. They’re up. Look at credit card statistics. The automotive industry is going to be hammered.
Apparently the TVM activity started cuts last week. Work going to Mexico.
All the disgruntled LL4 would say is that there is an incoming layoff. His NDA wouldn't allow him to say anymore.
He wouldn't give timing other than to say or was going to happen this year.

I was released when future pension veterans (20-30 year seniority employees) were laid off and the upper management all protected themselves and were not laid off. After going through the process don’t worry or focus on these posts or worry if it is coming. If it does or does not happen there is nothing you can do to change it. All I can tell you is that my departure was a blessing. I now work for a much better company, with actual leadership, more pay, and a great culture in place. My message to you is if you are impacted there is good “Life after Ford”. career opportunities. I hope it doesn’t happen to any of you but if it does, look for the next great opportunity. :0). Don’t let this impact your mental or physical health negatively. It is not worth it. Good luck.

No, it isn’t next week. Attrition was high enough last quarter, we are at targeted head count.
