Towers org doing forced move for some in NJ — but not all. Crazy thing is the people who came in the office got sacked and the people who don’t come in still get to work from home or do a drive-by badge swipe.
People all over the country in this small group.
Bottom line is: “more downsizing in disguise as “moves”.

The company doesn’t wonder, this is absolutely planned. Everyone is on the Titanic. You can be a cheerleader for the band on the ship or you can get to a life boat ( new job outside the company ) as soon as possible . Those that believe they will survive more than a year or two are simply in denial. You may have a job doing the exact same thing in support of T but your badge will be a different color.

This has been the norm years before RTO was introduced.
OP your title is misleading. Maybe just ask for info on Townes org layoff instead of including numbers you don't know is true or not.
Townes org always seems to get fu---d. RTO 5 days a week, bootlick, and still get sacked.

Townes org layoff has nothing to do with RTO to Dallas. It is a BAU force reduction.
The current group impacted is not a layoff. These are the first group of managers in Wave 2 who chose not to relocate. Their last day is Friday.
