In May of 2023, there were a significant number of employees impacted and off the books at end of June 2023. Based on history, this occurs on the last Thursday of the month, which is May 30th this year. I believe it will be similar to 2023.

VSPs are 15 years apart. Next one scheduled for 2033.
The last big one before 2018 was 2003...and we just transferred 6600 people to HCL this year. I'd love an incentive or RIF, but not optimistic.

There is definitely a reorg coming, mainly around engineering and operations positions. Rumors are that it's been pushed back to June 15th because they just aren't ready.
