Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Is RCSA done??

As the title says, is RCSA over as we know it? It feels like the support has dwindled and no one is talking about it as they used too….

It's becoming BAU now that almost all RAUs have undergone their first round. Expect the execution to be offshored early '25 and Refreshes will be more desktop exercises unless the RAU has been seriously changed. The Regulators will be monitoring how well the company sustains it so Refresh will be under some scrutiny for a while.

Nope. But the initial review/affirmation of all RAUs should be completed this year. Multiple Workshops are still underway weekly. And EBCE and ITV are still testing the RAUs once affirmed.

We are almost there. Most of what the regulators need is in the bag. Now going through crossing ts and dotting i. once these governance things are done we will have a bonfire of all the paper we have that is not the crp it wiped. and risk and controls will be sla-ghtered and sp-t roasted on this fiery pile. Looking forward to it.

Annual refresh happens every year. BECs need to be handled. MRAs and issues need to be handled.

It will never end.

It never really ends, but in the US it will. India will run that entire op, which will make sense because the rest of the company is going there too.
