Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse. Excessive loads at Walmart stores due to CAO, merchandisers and order writers doing bare minimum the majority of the time. Outrageous orders keep coming while backstock and returns and credits keep rising. Does anyone think there is any rotation going on when the shelf is never allowed to breathe on even the slow items? Why work harder or quicker when you just go home after your 8 hours? Leave it for the next person to deal with who then, wont. Out of stocks on shelf but the item is either in the back or on display. Why would anyone take the initiative to fill the shelf first? Clowns gonna clown.

The sales rep will experience the same fate as their Malibu.
In our region, every single top rep is GONE!!! Many asked for the buyout and if they didn’t get it, they quit! This company is a shell of what it once was! All the newbies have no idea what they are missing, none! Used to be fun, reps were respected, and it was a job that was heavily sought after! Not now! Mondelez reps are the laughing stock of the retail world!!
I worked for the company close to ten years, I was a SR. Previous layoffs, there was a mass email went out asking to fill out a volunteer severance application. It was either granted or not. Was never guaranteed, Mission 1 rolled around and never received this message like in the past and was called by HR letting me know I was getting laid off but was practically begged me to stay as a full time order writer. I did not stay because I was tired of my DM relatilated against me for not working off the clock. Constantly at the top of the Team and got let go because I would not work for free.
Hey King Clown, youre right about one thing. Clown college is definately not my thing, thats why you are the King Clown running the clown show. You make more money and youre so happy but you constantly monitor a site related to Mondelez? Talk about rent-free. As far as the last round of layoffs went, maybe it depended on your area but people in my area did in fact get to tell their managers they wanted to take the package. I know 2 reps that did this and their wish was granted. Im not at all saying this company and the clown show that is Mission 1 is sunshine and rainbows, it is not. I am saying that in my area, Reps who requested to leave got the package. Now, they had many years with the company and they were definately not the “best reps” as they were never constantly finishing at the top of the team. The top reps recognized at sales rallies each year are still with the company. Just facts …..for my region.

Listen Mr Clown College dropout. First of all I’m making more money already than I did at mondelez so still working there isn’t a flex. Second, I was #1 in sales on my team, #1 in F&D, #1 in labor, # in unsaleables in the whole region. What’s the one thing I didn’t do? Kiss behinds. Being part of the click means more than anything else. So don’t tell me they kept the best reps because I personally know the guys they kept are grade A losers. Maybe they cut the guys they thought would land on their feet better. Actually I know they couldn’t care less what happened to people after they got rid of them. Have fun working 40 hours in 4 days next week. And keep your phone on in case stores run out of grahams lol. We know you guys cant write a holiday order to save your lives.
They kept the reps that were “yes sir”! Those aren’t the best reps, the only thing Mondelez cares about is making money! A good rep is one that was able to make a decision, that didn’t happen anymore, micro managing has made that impossible! Now it’s all scripted! Leaving Mondelez was the absolute best work decision I have ever made! So much happier now! Making more money cause I get up and love what I do, which could literally be anything outside the walls of the toxic environment at Mondelez!!!!
I would've taken the buyout. They never offered. They just randomly picked people. Some good ones were let go some good ones were kept. Didn't make sense how they did it really.
I can tell you better was not a SR when the layoffs happened or were hired in after. I was a SR that got laid off. There was no volunteering this time. I regularly was at the top of the team each month/quarter and was still laid off.
This comment is for the King Clown, the Clown of ALL Clowns. I know what happened and witnessed it as well, so I will tell you what happened. If you dont like it, pound sand. Don't you have some burgers to flip at McDonalds?
Hey clown. Don’t try to tell me what happened when you got hired after the fact. I was there. I witnessed it
They didn't let the best reps go. They let the ones go first who volunteered. They kept the better reps to train the order writers. Why would they want the worst reps training? Some still work there because the other options available dont come with a car, gas card, more than 2 weeks vacation, 401 k company match, etc.
I quit a month ago. Haven't been this happy in awhile.
Only clowns still work there. They literally let the best reps go so they could keep the jokes around. Anybody else that hasn’t chosen to leave obviously doesn’t feel like they have a better option because realistically they know nobody wants them
