Does anyone have any insight on whether badge swipes will be tracked and reported that week? There will be many employees out on vacation that week.

Did not swipe my badge Memorial Day Week.
Still here.
(had my 1:1 with my manager. never even came up)
saw the dashboard today of my coworker who has direct reports, I do not have DR or a dashboard. memorial day week, Juneteenth week, July 4 week, Labor Day week, thxgiving week, Christmas week all definitely NOT counted - they're greyed out. what was weird was the rolling 6 week window - didn't expect it to calculate the way it did. does anyone know what trigger is to escalate to HR? is it upon the 2nd time missed in 6 week window or after the 2nd time i.e. upon the 3rd time?
I was told 2 days in the office a two days work from home.
So much misinformation here - the training for managers specifically showed the 7 weeks indicated below do NOT show up on dashboard and do not count towards compliance. So managers will only be monitoring if they are at your site, force you to use video, or try some other method.
Rolling 6 week period doesn’t exclude any weeks. You need to be in 3 days out of the 4 working days. Even if you don’t , you still be compliant with 4 good weeks out of last 6 weeks (4/6 rule)
Are there any managers who interact with the workers, or do they all just look at database reports?
Your manager or LOB may be monitoring (they can see all weeks) but at an enterprise level Memorial day week is not being counted towards compliance. Just depends on your manager/LOB
That is not true. We have been told ratherly sternly in a huddle they will be monitoring. Which actually does not surprise me.
Thank you for the information. Sad the bank is tracking it at all.
No monitoring the week of Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, last 2 weeks of the year.
