Why are there so many open positions in India?

Are you all going to pretend a few years ago you all aren't head over heels for bringing in the less fortunate from the 3rd world? Pro-Immigration and sh-t? I swear that was all I heard at JPM since 2018, now that has come to fruition everyone is bi--hing about it?
I am at Wells Fargo and we are all being outsourced to India also, RTO is super strict and control is the name of the game and being treated like they own you.
Not just India, Buenos Aires Argentina as well.

if the goons on top and the US "universities" stopped giving them info
part of the US is sc--wing over the rest of the US
Lower operating cost most likely, cost for a single US employee + benefits = 3 to 4 full time in India.
