Occasionally off Connectivity — I see a pattern here. Apparently satellite connectivity is the solution to Occasionally off Connectivity.

How can JS, with a straight face, speak about always on connectivity and satellites in space (relying on another vendor) when he cannot provide always on connectivity down here on earth with the robust network he often speaks about?????

What is going on here? I think all employees need a one week refresher course on "Ask Yourself" training immediately. It's making all at&t employees look like a bunch of hayseeds!

outages are happening so frequently that no one cares anymore. Just give the work to Ericsson, they will fix it.

“Just keep reducing the headcount and the business will take care of itself because of the self sustaining technology that's already in place!”

Most employees being cut wouldn’t have been able to help with any of the recent technical issues or outages taking place. The data security breach is the best example. T ended up outsourcing the investigation since it didn’t have in house technical skill or ability to manage the issue.

The root cause is we need more Ask Yourself training. A week long mandatory course.

Don't worry people, AT&T has all the answers to its problems. Just keep reducing the headcount and the business will take care of itself because of the self sustaining technology that's already in place! Dallas journalist really needs to put out an expose` on what's going on within AT&T.

Dallas journalist ….. you’re kind of late to the party. Just look at Boeing and who was on the board there. Globalism 101.

Dallas journalist here. Please post the root cause. I’d be interested in understanding why this continues to happen

You are on this board -- read the threads -- it should be rather obvious what is happening to this phone company -- yes, it is not a tech company, it is a phone company trying to be a tech company. Instead of burying copper lines they now bury fiber -- oh and they sub-contract that out also.
