Well. HR reviewing my case today to remove my wfh status. So today I fall victim to the corrupt system. I hate this place. I Quit!!!!!

Weird post. If I had the option to RTO, even though I was WFH for a decade before COVID, I would’ve taken it. Good luck out there I guess.

Are you saying they are denying your medical accommodations? Because HR doesn't really review your remote status otherwise. That's driven by LOB, but tye LOBs have been given direction by Charlie.

Did you get an official communication on this? Did you have some type of accommodation before? They have been saying they were going to do this for months so not sure why people are surprised.

Co-locating of employees is essential for this bank's performance. Without co-locating this bank will fail in its ability to meet the customer's needs. The bank will not be agile enough to meet the changing needs of the customer.
