So my boss told me I can’t bring watermelon as a snack since it insults my coworker. WTH?!?!? I’ve been doing it for years and now I can’t even bring food I like because others find it offensive. The food I eat. Verizon corporate can’t be as bad as this. I’m done with these losers pretending to be Verizon. Get your cell phones from a real Verizon employee.

Obvious troll but it does touch on something that’s been around since Covid. Diversity is a good thing and should be achieved but it’s turned into blatant racism. I’ve heard so much trash being said that wasn’t there pre-pandemic.
Nah, this type of stuff happens in corporate too. I’m in customer service and the racial tension is real. My boss is Hispanic and made a promise to his team that no white people will be hired. That’s while there’s white peoples on the team. I’m black but that don’t work with me.
