Those who know, know that it’s a huge disaster that stalled the work for months.. leaving the people guessing in darkness.
Leaders should take accountability for this disaster and loss of business during this time frame.

BH should be held accountable for the mess he has created. He’s the poster child for failing up.
It’s funny that VGS was mentioned as they have way more staff than they need. The Director in the NE is extremely competent and she should be the one running the commercial side of the Real Estate group. No need for two Directors when many of the large facilities left in the SE are for sale . They need to cut some headcount

VCG is a clusterfu-k, but good luck to anyone in the US still working for Verizon.
VGS was formed for cost cutting and it would continue. They would project AI to be used to cut cost , but in reality it would be due to offshoring/outsourcing.
Throwing poor skilled people and buying all kind of tools doesn't really help when culture / org/ leadership is clueless what is happening at rank and file level. Engineer became leaders and surrounded themselves with "Yes Men
