My team in India has been sent for training, while the team in the US has been given notice for termination.

All my US team of Citizens working for over 5 years are given termination notices saying we are moving this entire project to India and India team has been sent for training to learn from basics of coding.

Total unethical, senseless and no logic or legality.

We are paying taxes here, and our Jobs are moving to India".

I removed my credit cards, debit card accounts from Wells Fargo, and BOA and opened in local US Small Bank. Something like this, public should teach them a lesson, otherwise this will not stop.

I do know that some of the employees in India were sent to learn some coding for data analytics. Basically, Wells trained them for a new career in Data Analysis. Meanwhile, it's difficult to get a job internally for US workers, and I have never known anyone including myself who was handed an opportunity to receive company paid training to learn new skills for a new career path and then given a job in said career.

This is wild and absolutely disgusting, disheartening, and disappointing.

They are speaking English so you are fu--ing d-mb.
