We lost an awesome Manager Monday 5/20 due to the constant abuse from Dir AM, and VPDP looking the other way. This manager quit on the spot due to the toxic work environment that these two “ leaders” are responsible for. Lucky for us he sent an email up the chain to KR, CL and the Dir of HR, calling out what horrible leaders we have. Don’t think anything will come of this because that would take real leaders to fix what is broken. Dir AM continues to CR_P on literally everyone in her chain and she always gets away with it because she has the dirt on VPDP. Everyone in the Cactus office under these two are miserable and most are looking to leave, yet KR. CL do nothing to fix it.

I used to work for Crown and there was this lady who was a regional Manager and Director for ATT and Dish out west. I forgot her name, but she was the biggest B in Crown. Her team constantly failed and she was a terrible leader. She failed when she lead the dish team and deployment and same with ATT. she would throw others under the bus to save her butt. For some reason, people above bought her cr-p and kept her around..........even though she had years of failure as a people leader.

Also, the cyber "leader" makes efforts to find people who badmouth the company. I was actually warned by my manager.

The problem with anonymity is they can’t follow up with you. Which means the person can easily defend themself without you around to ask follow up questions.

Do not call the Hotline. It is a joke and they will cover up and come after you. VPDP roots out all people that report, ask the West. He sicks AM on them and they just torture them until they leave.

Isn’t the hotline a “toll free” number? That way they can assure you no long distance charges won’t be incurred on your *67ed call YOU THOUGH you were concealing…For being a so called “telecommunications company” Crown wastes one hellava amount of money on incoming 800 calls per minute…NOC, sales, leasing and corporate…as if long distance was an issue…pathetic.

The hotline is as others have said to protect CCI. They use to protect the leader while its convenient and use to offload when its in their favor. DP is a piece of garbage and should be long gone. They keep because they offloaded the deadbeat JP. Can't fire two within a matter of weeks. The fact that AB in the northeast hasn't been fired tells you all you need to know about KR and her leadership.

The "confidential" employee hotline is to protect Crown. DP owns his budget and can spend it how he likes. Paying GCs for whatever he wants or any way he wants. Yes he pushes out talent but it's his organization. If he hires friends or former employees and removes others to make room, still his call. Does he hire unqualified people that tell him yes, sure. Why would he hire someone that tells him no? Some of his hires are good others are terrible.
He gives CL/KR the numbers that keep them running Network. When he can't deliver they might look for change...but he delivers. Does he make friends, probably not, is he autocratic, sure. Does he have competent persons terminated, sure. Crown doesn't care about personal foibles or office romances as long as it doesn't tarnish the brand.
Does CL/KR replace him, admitting 50% of the team are failures, or wait to see what happens with network. You can bet CL/KR waits. They're trying to sell a functioning business not a reality show. Sorry to see competent people loose their jobs but it happens.

The idea that KR could be moved by his exit is far fetched. DP and AM are just doing her and CLs bidding. The vote is done and they are now free to move forward with their cost reduction agenda. His exit Is just one less voice of reason against the plan to eliminate us. I’m sure he would not want to be the voice making those calls.So much for customer service and employee appreciation. Crown may save near term at the cost of long term losses from churn and rebates due to late delivery. Let’s hope SM fires the legacy EMT after this settles for taking a good business and driving it into the ground. Sr management can’t comprehend that they have and continue to make decisions that have turned so many of us from optimistic crown loyalists to job seekers. People do not matter, the purple values are just meaningless phrases with no real sincerity behind them. Their actions speak louder.

I’ve submitted 2 anonymous complaints against DP, once resulted in an internal audit investigation. The problem is DP is able to lie his way out of everything. He slides on the failures and claims the successes.
