I feel like the Barnhart Center in Hillsboro, OR is going to close sooner than we think. There have been a lot of contractors out at the site doing landscaping and deferred maintenance work. I had heard rumors that the Cafe in the office would either close or go self-service only soon. But in typical WF fashion, we haven't been given any actually confirmed information

The building where a few Florida folks work from was closed. Our director is remote but I’m not sure if the others are remote or were actually laid off. Although Florida wasn’t identified as a hub or speciality.

There seems to be a lack of consistent rules or policies within the bank. Each team operates differently, making decisions independently of overarching management policies. Additionally, there are still resources working from undisclosed hub locations, which raises questions about management oversight.
