You union peons won't strike. You're not that smart. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to come to that conclusion.
Can't Win Anything continues collecting your dues and you love it.

No strike. Just more give backs. Strike = no union dues for CWA.

There's plenty of work. We can generate tickets when we see a problem with the outside plant (and trust me there's plenty).

Why bother if we don't have a new contract? I can just sit in my truck and wait for the pencil pushers to send a ticket my way. When I get their ticket I'll work to rule in an 8 hour day 40 hours a week.

What there's an outage? Sorry I'm not doing OT or taking callouts. I'm too busy cathing up on some spring cleaning and family time.

Go ahead and strike, I wouldn’t mind some outdoor activities for a little while. Get out of the bug infested, nasty office space with, unsanitary restrooms that don’t have proper supplies and always unclean. Not ready to climb poles, ladders, manholes, pits, attics or crawl spaces but wouldn’t mind doing some DEG or construction work. Beats working in the battle of the fittest everyday, hope bargained gets a fair contract because it’s good for all of us.

Hope so, time for a rejuvenating break then back for OT to make up for it. What’s not to like? Managers get away from overcrowded RTO bldgs for an opportunity at some sunshine, physical activity and a change of pace. Union members get a much needed break then a fair contract. Win-Win! Let’s do it!

I thought 2022 would have been the perfect time for a strike on the Leg T contract. I knew management morale in late 2021 was in the toilet, and I would not be surprised if it still is.

CWA realizes the T management has the upper hand and they can only drag out negotiations so far and then tell the bargained employees they tried. They buy it year after year so CWA will continue using it.

Everyone including T knows the union has zero leverage. They will continue to lose everything they’ve accumulated.

Nobody cares man. This will continue to the end of July and then a TA will be announced. It’ll then be voted down once, maybe twice by the membership and then finally ratified right in the middle of SE negotiations.

Waiting until the Southeast can strike to hold Stankey ba--s in their fist.

No. Techs can’t afford to be out of work with inflation, and they have to be out of work for 3 weeks before the Union cuts them a check, and the Union doesn’t want that either.

No. The work load is not present to support a work stoppage. They are going to lose 25% of their workforce.

Just because the workers have authorized a strike does not mean one will happen. I'm aware of at least one instance a number of years ago where a vuvuzela was brought into play as part of a mobilization action.

Chronic Work Avoidance Union won’t strike. They don’t have leverage

Union goofs will just keep reporting work like lemmings and they won’t even know when all their benefits are gone. We can’t wait to see it all happen.
