NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – AT&T wireless users in the Nashville area are experiencing an outage, including access to 911 services.
Nashville 911 made the announcement at around 12:30 p.m. Monday, May 27.

You are making the assumption they care.
As long as there is no financial repercussions to the company and our "leadership" the outages will continue. We need financial harm to the decision makers who've decided to play risk management.

Not many current employees have skills needed to resolve complicated Level 3/4 technical issues.

Employees stopped caring, thats why there are a lot of outages. No one is available to be on call or work the disaster efforts.
Call Bangalore forget about Dallas. It’s all controlled by the Patels in Bangalore.

It’s not surprising that the employees don’t care, since the leadership doesn’t care about its employees.
