Upper management must be paying people to post the recent 5 stars review with no cons

Glassdoor is not worth looking at - at all. When they made it not anonymous I canceled my account and do not care to read fake positive reviews anymore.
This is the ONLY truthful forum online.
Well, that and the press.
HR reaches out to a lot of entry level people who started within the last few months and asks them to post a review. They typically don’t have anything bad to say yet since they aren’t the wiser.
