100% of our problems come from HY. Middle management in the Shart era has zero power. All they are doing is passing on the word that the OC has sent down. Nothing more, nothing less. Sure, they could refuse to do so, and HY would be happy to fire them sooner rather than later. The replacement person would do what they are told. The executives at this company are building a culture of unquestioning yes men, and that can't possibly end well.
