Part time job during 60 day working notice

if you get laid off and currently have a 2nd part-time job, can you keep that or does that violate the working agreement?

Part-time - nobody cares, least of all Wells Fargo.

It's also thru ADP payroll which wf uses. Tons of companies use them for payroll and it can tell them if you got another paycheck. There are multiple ways.

One thing you can do if you get a job during notice or severance period is to ask for an Equifax Data Freeze:
If you would like to put a freeze on your employment information available to verifiers, call The Work
Number Employee Service Center for assistance:
• 866-222-5880 M-F 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (ET)
• TTY- hearing impaired: 800-424-0253

Equifax's "The Work Number" database. I've never tried to obtain a login, read on forums that it has quite detailed information about current and past employment history.

How do they even discover you’re on another payroll?

So let's say I get laid off, sign up to drive for Uber (or the like). Is that ok?

@jgd+1sKR7QFK - yes, preclearance approval received so i'm guessing it would still be okay when i get laid off. was curious if anyone else has been in this position and had solid knowledge of it thanks

If you started the job PRIOR TO the notice, you can keep it. The severance agreement states no new employment. I had worked part-time at Starbucks for years when I was given my 60 day notice at WF, and I called the displacement to confirm I could continue this.

Did you report and get approval for having a second job beforehand?
