The vibe of my leadership has shifted significantly after layoffs. It's almost feels like they are demoralized.

Unbelievable that they laid people off, some of them very good, and replaced them right away like nothing.
Nothing like that - Come to Boston Tech Team - it is just wonderful and we are enjoying life
None of the L1s are inspiring leaders (or even just good leaders)
She brought in Roger the silent as-----n, she wasn’t going for a motivational speaker, it’s the mop up crew after a mu---r. They are all too old to hustle, probably time to break it up and sell off the pieces before it’s too late.
I mean what can we expect? Very little info was given and we’re still in the “figure it out as we go” mode. I knew Abby was not the brightest bulb but damn didn’t think it would be this bad.
