Any news on D3 bargaining? August 3 is right around the corner. Thoughts on a layoff in June?

Still have my sign and t-shirt from the 2019 strike, good to go! Most in my group are excited to have some extra days off. Most managers won’t like it, they will have to RTO 5 to 7 days a week depending on their assigned work.
Picketing in front of a CO or work center is pointless. Nobody will be able to see us with the grass so high & shrubs overgrown.
What’s the point of your representation?
Picket anywhere you want union slug, no one cares. Get ready for your massive give backs.
Anyone gotten their location and picket assignments yet? In 2019 we picketed in front of our work location and rotated every other day.
The fact that a unified contract date isn’t priority 1 on any of the bargaining tables across the districts for all of these years since the AT&T takeover tells you all you need to know. But by all means, let’s get matching shirts.
D9 will fold before August…like a cheap suit
Company is just delaying the inevitable, save money by not paying retroactive wage increases.
String them along till late July. That’s the strategic thing to do then get the best you can when they’re under pressure to keep from having 2 districts unsettled.
I’m guessing Att will settle with D9 before August.
D3 and D9 needs to strike on day 1 of D3 contract expiration.
60 days out for D3 and counting.
Your severance table is 2 to 4 times higher than D6. I’m thinking they’ll insist it’s cut back. It’s the only thing protecting you from layoff.
Union is not going to do anything
D3 here, already took orders for our Union Shirts. We are expecting to strike with how the company is treating all D9 West employees, as if they were non-DEI Boomers or GenX which, they hate! They finally, after weeks of non bargaining, came back to the table to “bargain” but instead offered more of the same in addition to regressive items put in the package, that was not even discussed. They are so underhanded, so much for valued employees, integrity and transparency. High inflation and elitist enriching themselves more every year despite performance, is a reason to stay united and vote with our feet.
I won’t give out all the strategy but welcome D9, strength in numbers. When is the general election? Finally tip, keep saving, a month or more isn’t out of the question.
It’s almost like the union cares about dues and not anya’ yous
Da union is working hard for us! 🤣🤣🤣
D3 here. We’re just hoping D6 doesn’t make the same mistake as they did in 2019 when they reached agreement mere days or weeks before D3 ‘s contract expired. So much for “united”.
