What’s the consensus on CM-digital CIO? Does he have the skills to run all of tech if TK was out or do they need to recruit?

CM thinks way too highly of himself. WF needs to look outside. TK should have no say in her successor.

How about doing a hard pivot to an a-hole? Bring back one of the garbage leaders of the past. Someone like P Ewen who was in his role for like 7 months. Or one of the many other entitled pr*cks of yesteryear. Pay them a boatload to come on board. Then stand back and watch as they tear the organization apart and then leave the mess for greener pastures or are forced out.
They will need to recruit. So are we taking bets on how many weeks TK has left? My bet is the first week back after Labor Day TK will decide to “spend more time with her family”.
