Anyone?

Wasn’t my moment but a coworker’s, we were in a team call and he shared his screen but the wrong one where he had his resume up.

@1yrq+1sOXIAiJ,

Why do you find this topic problematic- so many downvotes- we have all kinds of weird discussions here and this is ok in my book

Speaking as someone who has had multiple internal job changes, my boss finds the resume on the printer moment is usually me telling them I'm leaving for a new job. What amazed me was when they were surprised every, single, time. Like they couldn't believe I would leave the underpaid he-l that was working for them.

Why is she in your home office is the big question.

I was trying to get fairly paid for what I’ve done in my 20 years and sent my résumé over to managers, downgraded me, so there is that.

I’m not getting paid for where I’m at right now. Period.

I’m just gonna go to my attorney general right now to just put this out there right now, and I’ll let you know how it goes.

I wrote a note to remind myself to apply for a job I liked.

My boss came into my office to talk about a project, and I quickly scribbled another note next to my reminder without thinking.

She saw me do it and got really quiet. Later, when I looked at the note, I realized why and thought it was so funny. And, she hasn't talked to me in a week.

But I also realized that I get paid less than a gov worker who does the same work. It makes no sense. They work much less, have easier deadlines, and better retirement plans. So why am I in finance if it’s not for the $$$?
