Mobility was moved to work with the SALs and report directly to the Account Managers. It was a good move and gets everyone in the boat rowing. Previously, mobility CSEs were siloed and laser focused on CRUs. That doesn’t work when you are trying to sell converged solutions.

True! Moving to integrated. Tried this already like 2 or 3 times so hope this go around it will work.
Move to integrated so no need for CSE, Manager, AVP, etc duplicates.
