Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Anyone knows what is next step of new PMC, any layoff news

In 2024, there is a totally new PMC, with some organisation adjustments.

I guess there might be some layoff in PMC? Like volunteer resignation to get the package..Especially in South East Asia, i am thinking to get out of Honeywell, but if there is one package, it will be great.

Wow, I am surprised anyone is still left in HGAS, thought they all jumped ship! Guess they dragged anyone they could off the streets to keep flogging the legacy. Credit to original businesses that Honeywell bought in yesteryear that those products can still find buyers!!

I totally believe you buddy. Given the number of grammatical errors in just two sentences you must be at least a director, maybe even a VP.

@elc+1sPFw83C No one has ever mentioned that on here, what are you talking about. Organic growth, my hairy behind! Honeywell says, Honeywell does not do!
I would never connect their quarterly reports to a reality outcome. Laughable.

I disagree. Plenty of folks have posted, accurately, that footprint and staff reductions are on hold as they try to focus on organic growth. Just look at the quarterly reports. If they mention organic growth for you division then it has to come from somebody doing work. If they mention efficiency or productivity that means layoffs. Pretty simple really.

Totally agree, there has been a mass exodus of talent in the last few years and that correlates exactly with the quality of input on this site.
Unfortunately Honeywell is now running on the dregs and leftovers much of which has not a single clue of what is going on around them. The remaining management is hyper desperate to hold onto to what they have as they have slim chances outside of Honeywell. There was another poster after Tired Director that also dropped good intelligence in advance but I have only seen them post once this year and fear they have gone now too. I am an old timer Band 4 who is nursing a cushy job until retirement but with limited access now to good info since multiple leadership changes and departed colleagues also I try to stay off the radar by keeping hidden. I can now only judge what I see around me and fear the worst for this year.

I have some bad news for you. When the tired Director used to post on this site. You knew the information was pretty accurate.

This site is no longer useful for reliable information. Well, the tired director retired. This is when the site went from about 80% accuracy. I think it’s only like 5% now. There were supposed to be layoffs, RIF, plant closures, and plants being relocated.. The dates pass and nothing has happened.

I think it’s kind of sad. There is no longer reliable information on this forums. I just looked at what you post. I need a good laugh. I just see a bunch of comments now. If all this stuff happens, expect it to be a surprise to me and you.
