This site was once a fairly useful place for heads up...just trash now with disgruntled people just complaining and wishing for rain.

If they really wanted to save money, they’d stop the “better together” BS and make everyone remote and reduce office sizes for those that want to continue going to the office

Half way through the day and nothing happened. So much for the rumors.

They took out the fruit from the snacks and the plants in the office. Trash collection is every other day, now.

Mmm warm trash. I’m looking forward to that.

BTW how much does it cost to water a houseplant?

We lose 125 people in attrition. That's like 2.5 percent of the company population. Nothing to be concerned about.

@3feq+1sS1FbSH getting swampy here in Houston. No worries, though, we can still afford to fly the EMT from their weekend homes back here to look present for the week.

75!? Across the entire country? You Phoenix and Houston people are being slow cooked in a crockpot. RIP friends

They won’t need to lay anyone off now that the thermostats are all set at 75 for the summer. They are going to steam the people out of there.

EMT is always here denying the truth. I thought the fake glassdoor reviews and spamming of the board here would stop when LN got the boot.

Fearmongers . If only Karma could find a way to let go of all the ones who state their "facts". If they even work here in the first place.

Layoffs can be disruptive and lead to fear and blame. Companies need regular maintenance like a house, and when it's neglected, bigger changes are necessary. Layoffs feel personal because we value our jobs and financial security, making forced changes scary. If you think you might be affected, start preparing now: update your LinkedIn, resume, and apply for new jobs while still employed.

CCi has been generous with perks and lenient on performance, but to stay profitable and grow, changes are needed pretending they aren’t is choosing ignorance. This isn’t on persons fault. Stay positive and support those impacted by layoffs and those who remain, as they will face stress and changes.

Remember, your legacy isn’t defined by your job. Put good into the world, and good will come back to you. Choose your close people wisely and let them know they matter to you. It’s time to look out for eachother because while the company statement is people matter, this is the test to live by those words toward each-other and show it when times are uncertain.

Yes there will be layoffs the problem is not a single post is factual and people read it and think it’s true. Then people use it as an excuse to not work. Monday will come and go without any layoffs. The layoffs will occur when no one expects it will not be announced some website that anyone can’t post on.

This site is about layoffs. While nobody probably knows exact numbers dates, etc., I’m kind of confused why some posters want to rip people apart for sharing what info they have heard. There will be layoffs happening at this company soon and nobody should be surprised. It’s that simple.

“I heard it’s 100 Bounslys for every year you are here. They also will combine your health insurance with your pet insurance you just have to see a Vet that is in-network. So overall a good deal. They will be asking us to go back to the office 5 days a week. But one day out of the week you can leave 10 min early”

It's AB's entire team. They'll be asked to take a demotion with severe pay cut or leave. It'll be your choice so no severance offered. Terrible

Anyone has details on the severance packages? Still 2.5 weeks per year of service?
