19 laid off th9s morning in Charlotte. I'm told an email with severance info will. E arriving today. Severance is 1 week per year of service with a minimum of 8 weeks.

CCi has been generous with perks and lenient on performance, but to stay profitable and grow, changes are needed pretending they aren’t is choosing ignorance. This isn’t on persons fault. Stay positive and support those impacted by layoffs and those who remain, as they will face stress and changes.
Remember, your legacy isn’t defined by your job. Put good into the world, and good will come back to you. Choose your close people wisely and let them know they matter to you. Yes there will be layoffs the problem is not a single post is factual and people read it and think it’s true. Then people use it as an excuse to not work. Monday will come and go without any layoffs. The layoffs will occur when no one expects it will not be announced some website that anyone can’t post on.
This site is about layoffs. While nobody probably knows exact numbers dates, etc., I’m kind of confused why some posters want to rip people apart for sharing what info they have heard. There will be layoffs happening at this company soon and nobody should be surprised. It’s that simple.

The night janitor told me he heard from his nephew who works with a guy from a vendor who spoke with a district manager at a McDonalds that it’s going to be 3000 people total and will be June 10th at 1:13 pm CST.
