Some are happy to get paid out under the guise of retirement but really we’re tapped to leave. Not enough said yes so more unwelcome notices in the works. Too many PDEs and Architexts with inflated titles and salaries are about to get the boot. Too bad the do nothing managers will once again get a paosss.

Haven’t heard anything on PDEs or architects being specifically impacted other than the RTO impacts
Don’t wait for them to ask, you can let them know about your interest in leaving. It worked for me, just this year, so the option does exist. There likely needs to be some surplus activity in your org to be selected. They are going to accommodate your request just because you want to leave..
I wish my org ask for volunteers. I would have saved someone's job for maybe a month.
