I have one of those managers, the ones that think they are high and almighty. He says even if I accept the VSP they will deny him because he’s so critical to the business. Gtfo 😡 🤣
The sad thing is most of the goofball managers that should take this offer won’t. The smart ones will take the offer and find better jobs. We will be stuck with the losers, the ones that can’t find another job. So in the end VZ isn’t solving anything. This company is just doomed to fail in the end. If you can’t see that you’re one of the delusional managers thinking, hey I’ll just stay I’m not ready for retirement… writing is on the wall folks. VZ will eventually not exist.
