Those recently added to the CWA from IHX… what did we actually gain? Did the union deliver on any promises?
- The raises su-k
- Benefits su-k
- Representation su-ks (the contract contains an amendment that says performance management still follows the management process LOL!!!!!!!)
- we were already salary so the “unlimited sick time” they keep saying they got us was already there as salaried employees
- they collect dues from us
- our goals still went up
It’s also funny that my steward is always a bottom performer and then complains to me how the culture su-ks
Anyone else feel like the union fleeced us?
Seeing the new contract they “negotiated” down south it looks like we won’t even get a resolution when orange is revisited.
I’m convinced the company cut a deal to give them ihx if they bent over the table in negotiations
