Why is SBG so chaotic and toxic?

SS is a complete disaster. I'll wait while you tell me 3 things of any significance to hang her hat on she has done accomplished in her tenure here. She looks like a mouse and her all hands are just horrible. Last time she had Craighead and his team present. Nobody in engineering knows more than a few folks in his entire team and he has been in SBG for years now.
All of SS's hires have been terrible. The parts that were doing well they've destroyed and are literally standing next to the body blaming it on anything but their own decisions. VP on up need to be removed wholesale.
I left Cisco 10yrs ago after being there for 10 yrs. Just visited here.
I am surprised Cisco is still around
Working for mentally ill directors and leaders is extremely stressful. It will definitely impacts employee health and well being. Cisco should get rid of them asap.
Some of the directors have mental health issues. Two good examples are DB and TH.
SBG is toxic and chaotic, some of those people really need mental therapy.
3 posts exposing the director of PMO have been removed. Let's not mention her name explicitly. We can use the initials. That is DB. :)
Toxicity comes from director levels who are extremely political and only care about their own survival in SBG. They constantly backstab subordinates, violate the business code of conduct, take credit of the subordinates hard work, etc.
Good example is the director of PMO who does nothing but producing hundreds of pages of low quality process slides that nobody uses. She keeps laying off or losing employees in her group. She does not deserve to be LR'd, she deserves to be fired.
She has been here for 3 years or so. She has done nothing but managed to get herself demoted when Gillis joined and done nothing to prove anything will change in the near future. We are just losing millions in these id--ts
Mama Sheila got her chops. She obviously is talented to be placed on top, else others will figure this over time, and then move her out. But by then she could wreck the whole SBG train. A lot is hanging on Shaila and JP shoulders and LRs lurking nearby.
SBG is great and I took a picture with Mama Shaila at Cisco Live in Vegas.
Talent recognizes Talent. And also the other way around. That's how JP brought Shaila from McAfee and it continued with her bringing other folks. JP is a huge problem but doesn't stop at him.
Many SBG devotees are tired and overworked. Deadlines are constantly met yet leadership has not delivered on any of their promises. LRs are no longer feared and they are actually welcomed.
SBG was a disaster even before Sh-ai-la joined. The previous SVP was not better than her. It is so sad that JP brought her from McAfee to SBG. The root cause of the SBG problems is JP.
I would not want her on customer calls with video on or customer meetings either. Wiith the way she looks and her hair and the way speaks and more importantly because she has no technical aura about her. You want to put your best foot forward and she is not that best foot.
I don't know if she is a good listener and has the ability to ask the right questions.
Shaila as a senior leader has been a train wreck. Nobody wants her on customer calls. Probably because shes horrible at messaging - which is what, 75% of the job?

The toxicity comes from redundant groups constantly competing against each other instead of working together specially when the groups in India are constantly hiring while the rest of the world is competing in the hunger games.
Shaila is an intimidating individual. And not in a good way. She's hired a ton of her people Prabhat, Sunil, Richard. Nothing going to change till all her passee is here
So far SBG is the worst place to work at Cisco. LR in US and keep hiring in India. Quite big chance you will be stab in the back by one of your reported chain manager.
