The plan? Let as much of the company that isn’t IFS wither and die so it can be more easily chopped off. Then IFS will run propped up on government money. Look at your average defense contractor’s TAM. Intel won’t go out of business, but the company will definitely be shrinking

No new plan, the current one is working out great for ELT. They'll continue to extract exorbitant TComp and bleed the company, and now they've su-kered OPM (other people's money) via SCIP, so the future is so bright they got to wear shades.
After the ELT has completely bled the company dry, they'll pull a GoodFellas move and burn the place down for the insurance money.
The talent pool continues to bleed.
